Emmerdale reveals big trouble for Caleb as Joe Tate gets suspicious

Emmerdale fans can expect big trouble for Caleb Miligan’s new criminal empire next week, as his latest plans are thwarted by his brother Cain – and Joe Tate starts to get suspicious.

First off, Cain takes Caleb by surprise when he declines an offer to get involved in Caleb’s counterfeit goods scheme. Could the notoriously shady Cain be turning over a new leaf?

“When Cain won’t give up his motor trade contacts to help Caleb with his new car-part business, Caleb can’t believe his ears,” explains our Dales insider.

“It’s not like Cain to shy away from an opportunity to make some quick cash, and it was only a matter of months ago that he was nicking flashy cars with his granddaughter Sarah.

“However, Cain is trying really hard to set a good example for his son Kyle…”

Cain’s repaired relationship with Kyle is bittersweet for his wife Moira, as she feels glad to see them getting on, but is saddened by the growing icy distance that she feels between her and Cain.

Meanwhile, trouble with his reluctant brother isn’t Caleb’s only business problem next week, as his old rivalry with Joe reignites.

When Caleb coldly sabotages Joe and Noah Dingle’s reconciliation, Joe turns up at the depot – and strange behaviour from Caleb immediately sets alarm bells ringing for the wealthy businessman…

“It’s clear from the moment that Joe arrives at the depot that Caleb wants to get rid of him as quickly as possible so that he doesn’t find out about his dodgy dealings,” continues our spy.

“Later, after realising that Caleb was far more agreeable than usual during their brief encounter, Joe becomes suspicious of his true intentions, and enlists Graham to get to the bottom of what Caleb is really up to.”

The next day, Joe orders his right-hand man to dig some dirt on his old enemy Caleb – so the former SAS operative lurks outside the depot on a stakeout.

As eagle-eyed Graham observes the goings on and eagerly snaps pictures of Caleb’s business, will he manage to capture evidence of the underground operation that’s taking place in plain sight?
